By booking a ride with NYC Black Cars, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to provide clarity on how our service operates and what you can expect from us.

Bookings & Confirmations

All bookings are considered requests until reviewed and confirmed by NYC Black Cars. You will first receive a pending booking email with a Ticket ID, followed by a payment email and final confirmation once payment is processed.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are based on route, vehicle type, date, time and other factors such as tolls, parking and surcharges. Final confirmed pricing will be communicated before payment. Payment is required to confirm your ride unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Waiting Time & No-Show Policy

Reasonable waiting time is included for standard pickups. Additional waiting time may be charged at our current rates. If the passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup location and cannot be reached, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charges may apply.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes to your booking (time, route, vehicle type) are subject to availability and may affect pricing. Please review our Cancellation Policy for detailed rules on cancellations and refunds.

Passenger Conduct & Safety

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and vehicles. NYC Black Cars reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe or inappropriate behaviour. Seatbelts must be worn where required by law.

Liability

NYC Black Cars is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, road closures or airline operations. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
