Use this page to check the live status of your NYC Black Cars booking. You’ll need your Ticket ID (for example, NYCBC-2025-000123) and the email address you used when you submitted your booking request.
After you enter your details, you’ll see whether your booking is still pending, if a payment link has been sent, or if your ride has been fully confirmed.
How the Booking Process Works
- Submit booking request: Use our booking form with your pickup location, drop-off, date, time and contact details.
- Receive Ticket ID: You get an email showing your booking as pending, with your unique Ticket ID.
- Payment link: Once we review your request, we send a secure payment link to your email.
- Confirmation: After successful payment, you receive a final confirmation email with your confirmed ride details.
