This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds are handled for bookings made with NYC Black Cars.
Standard Cancellations
Cancellations made more than XX hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on route and vehicle type. Cancellations within XX hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the trip cost.
No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not appear at the pickup location and cannot be reached after reasonable attempts by the chauffeur, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not be refundable.
Changes to Bookings
Changes to time, date, route or vehicle type are subject to availability and may affect the price. If we cannot accommodate a requested change, the original booking and cancellation terms remain in effect.
Flight Delays & Unexpected Events
We try to monitor flight information for airport transfers and adjust pickup times where possible. Significant delays, cancellations or diversions may affect availability and pricing. Please contact us as soon as possible if your flight plans change.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel your booking or discuss a refund, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us through the Contact page. Include your Ticket ID, name, date and time of travel so we can review your request.
